Huge

The place is huge, especially compared to the small spaces I've been living in for the past two years. With the finished basement, it's over 2,300 square feet. And, it's got a nice sized patio. The kids get their own bedrooms. The playground and pool are two buildings down, just around the corner. Close enough to be terribly convenient, but not close enough that all the kids and swimmers will annoy me. It's 15-20 minutes from work, and 5 minutes from the kids school. The homeowner's association takes care of all the outside stuff - snow shoveling, grass, building maintenance, etc. - all that stuff that was beyond me in the house.
